Our mission is to bring freedom by removing barriers in recruitment to help people connect, find their dream jobs and colleagues, and, ultimately, grow. We aim to build a world where candidates and companies are empowered to reach their full potential, regardless of their resources, location, or other constraints.

Our story

Job interviews have for long been one of the most time-consuming and tiring parts of the recruitment process for both candidates and hiring teams. Our founders wanted to make job interviews more efficient and fun for everyone, and together with HR and UX experts, in 2011, they built Recright video interviewing software in Helsinki, Finland.

Recright—initially known as MobileCV—was designed to help candidates and companies showcase themselves to each other via pre-recorded video interviews and save time and money on recruitment.

Today, we help more than 400 companies and hundreds of candidates around the world to reach their recruitment goals and grow. As our company continues to expand, one thing stays the same: providing the best experience to candidates and hiring teams and empowering them to make the right decisions is and will always be at the core of everything we do at Recright.
